“Mainstream Renewable Power use The RGC Enterprise System as our maintenance management system and the OSIsoft PI System as our central data historian. Using PI allows us to record, analyse and monitor our assets in real time and if there is an issue then the PI Alert system sends a notification to the RGC Enterprise CMMS System which automatically triggers a work order. The web portal allows for staff and contractors to upload documentation to attach to work orders ( photos, safety documents, reports ) and we can also hyperlink to the RGC web portal for maintenance history of each Element/Asset. This integration allows better planning of our maintenance which reduces the potential of energy loss by our assets”
