RGC Technologies Ltd (RGC) is a provider of world class Business Management software, with clients internationally (Europe, Asia, Australia, Canada, and South America).  We help our clients to manage their businesses and operations more effectively, using leading edge desktop, web and mobile technologies.

We are an Irish company, and are now seeking a dynamic individual to join a fast paced and challenging environment.

We are looking for a Customer Support Engineer to discuss and manage requests from our customers.  Skill required include:

  • SQL Queries (TSQL)
  • IIS Administration
  • SQL Server Administration
  • Crystal Reports (preferable but training can be provided)
  • Some accounts/finance knowledge would be beneficial
  • Good phone communication skills
  • Hands on.  Take ownership of tasks and customer success.  Liaise with RGC team to design and develop solutions.

The role is very varied, and no two days will be the same.  You will rapidly learn new skills and technologies, and advance to greater responsibilities.
